New Pixel Tablet leaks include images of the Pixel Stand accessory We're still patiently waiting for the Pixel Tablet , the device Google announced in May 2022 and which is scheduled to launch this year – but a new pair of leaks give us a better idea of what to expect when the device finally does appear. First of all, Twitter tipster SnoopyTech has posted images of what is supposedly the Google Pixel Tablet Stand, a docking station for the new tablet that will essentially turn it into a Google Nest Hub Max when you're not carrying it around. Google has previously mentioned something called a Charging Speaker Dock to do this job, but there has been talk that two docks are in development – one with a speaker and one without. It's not clear which one this is. Lenovo launches LOQ affordable gaming laptops because we’re all broke right now Lenovo expands its suite of gaming laptops today with a new line to serve the budget and new-to-gaming markets, and to be honest, it's perfect timing. The Lenovo LOQ – pronounced “lock” – gaming laptops join Lenovo's gaming lineup that's dominated by over-$1,000/£1,000 builds to cater to budget gamers who need something capable without burning an RTX 4090 -sized hole in their pockets.  “With the launch of the new Lenovo LOQ brand," says Jun Ouyang, Lenovo's VP and general manager of the Consumer Business Segment, "we’re building a lineage of gaming excellence and PC offerings that are not just for the gaming community’s top players, but for new and future gamers alike.” The LOQ gaming laptops will be available in both 16-inch and 15-inch display sizes and powered by 13th Gen Intel Core or AMD Ryzen 7000 chips and Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics, the desktop model of which is rumor

The Oppo Find X6 series and Oppo Pad 2 are officially just days away from launch If you’ve been holding out for the launch of the Oppo Find X6 then you won't have to wait too much longer, as Oppo has confirmed that it will be fully announcing the Find X6 series on March 21. That confirmation was posted directly on Oppo’s online store and spotted by MyFixGuide , and it came alongside the revelation that we’ll also see the Oppo Pad 2 at this launch event. That said, given that this launch has only so far been announced on Chinese sites, it’s likely only for China, meaning you might have to wait longer to get these devices in other parts of the world. And in the case of the Oppo Find X6 Pro, most regions may never get it if a recent leak proves accurate . (Image credit: Oppo) Still, we’ll at least learn all the specs on March 21, with the event kicking off at 2pm Chinese time, which is 2am ET / 6am GMT / 5pm AEDT, or at 11pm on March 20 for those on Pacific Time. So it’

If the OLED iPad Pro costs more than a MacBook Pro, that's a problem , DigiTech Geeks Mobile Computing News

If the OLED iPad Pro costs more than a MacBook Pro, that's a problem We recently reported that Apple’s next iPad Pros could cost significantly more than their 2022 predecessors – and a new report gives us a better idea of just how ridiculous those price tags might be. Apple is widely understood to be working on two iPad Pro models, likely to launch in 2024, as successors to the iPad Pro 12.9 (2022) and the iPad Pro 11 (2022). Both tablets are strongly rumored to feature ‘tandem’ OLED displays – which could help them match the best OLED TVs in terms of brightness and increase the life of their respective screens – but these panels reportedly cost twice as much to produce as the mini-LED panels currently used in today’s top-of-the-range iPads.  To nobody’s surprise, Apple looks likely to offload those increased costs onto consumers. According to Korean outlet The Elec (via MacRumors ), the 11-inch OLED iPad Pro could start at approximately $1,500 (around £1,260 / AU$2,270), w

The ReMarkable 2 just became the best laptop for escaping the internet hellscape , DigiTech Geeks Mobile Computing News

The ReMarkable 2 just became the best laptop for escaping the internet hellscape If you've dreamt of having an E Ink laptop that lets you write in peace away from the noise of the internet fairground, the ReMarkable 2 tablet and its new keyboard could be for you. We've long been fans of the ReMarkable 2 , calling it "the best digital handwriting and sketching experience you can get this side of a paper pad and pencil". But it's strangely lacked an official keyboard accessory to boost its appeal for writers – until now. The new Type Folio ($199 / £179, around AU$320) is a super-slim keyboard that snaps onto the ReMarkable 2 with magnets, and apparently needs no additional pairing or charging.  That means you can type your notes or debut novel onto the tablet's 10.3-inch E Ink display, without worrying about eye strain or being bombarded with the internet's increasingly tenacious notifications and adverts. TECNO’s flagship MEGABOOK S1 2023 checks all the right boxes for everyday use MWC 2023 just wrapped up in Barcelona where thousands of tech companies gathered to show off the latest advances in portable devices over the course of four days. Among those participants is TECNO, a tech company striving to merge “tech value” with “aesthetic value”. In 2014 TECNO released their CAMON camera phone series, the success of which led TECNO to further expand its AIoT into smart audio devices as well as smart home and wearable devices. By 2022, however, TECNO was ready to make their move into the laptop space and released the MEGABOOK T1. The MEGABOOK T1 was just the start of a series of laptops planned by TECNO, however, and the natural next step was to reveal the newest flagship device at MWC 2023. The MEGABOOK S1 2023 will pair together an Intel Core i7-1360P with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, offering a considerable step up from the previously released T1.  This announcement is a big step forward for
